Blackburn Scouting has had a tremendous year of growth in 2018. Our existing Groups have continued to provide a fantastic range of activities for young people and this has been supplemented by additional sections opening to meet the demand.
In the last year, we have had a 11% growth in the number of 14 - 18 year old Explorer Scouts and Yopung Leaders across Blackburn. A significant increase in young people devloping #skillsforlife.
