Thankyou to everyone who attended & congratulations to all those receiving awards. In all more than 30 service awards were presented, 4 wood badges and special thanks plaques to our brilliant Group Scout Leaders / Leaders in Charge for all their work for young people across the town.
Scouting in Blackburn is going from strength to strength, above all due to the dedication of our volunteers.
