Blackburn Scouting has had a tremendous year of growth in 2018. Our existing Groups have continued to provide a fantastic range of activities for young people and this has been supplemented by additional sections opening to meet the demand.
In the last year, we have had a 44% growth in the number of 8 - 10 year old Cub Scouts across Blackburn.
